Firefox - Webrender
Firefox 67 is already out and one of the big new features is WebRender.
It is disabled by default on Ubuntu but the steps below will show you how you can get it working.
Steps
- Go to
about:configin Firefox. - Accept the risk of dragons.
- Set
layers.acceleration.force-enabledto true - Set
gfx.webrender.allto true - Close and re-open Firefox
- Go to
about:supportin your URL - You will see
WEBRENDERset toavailable by user: Force enabled by prefandWEBRENDER_QUALIFIEDset toblocked by env: No qualified hardware
